It's exactly as the title says but let me explain a little further.
Two people, stuck in an insane asylum, fall in love. Already off to a bad start. One, a murderer charged with 4 years in the asylum for the brutal murder and dismemberment of 6 people. The other, an arsonist charged with 6 years for the arson of 3 houses, burning the 11 people that lived in said homes. And now their cells are right next to each other. And they can talk to each other. Who allowed this to happen? Oh wait, I did.
Right, rules are the same as always for me (Response times should be relatively quick, swearing is always allowed, LGBT is loved and accepted, replies are at least 2 sentences, etc.) but I'm really excited about this one! Let's see what happens!

Appearance: Draven has messy inky black hair that grows every direction, and pale skin. His eyes are a piercing gray color, and seem to look into your soul. He is very attractive, and loves to tease people about it. He has a tattoo of fire running up his arm and onto his shoulder.

Personality: Draven is sarcastic, flirty and egotistical on the outside, but that's just a mask. He was broken as a child and hasn't recovered. He is sweet, once you get past his outer walls, and can be kind. He is super loyal. If you mess with him, you'll walk away with a few bruises, maybe a broken bone or two. If you mess with someone he loves, you may as well plan your funeral now. He doesn't take shit from anyone, and he hates it when people laugh at him for things. Appearance: Ivy has this long flowing hair that is the brightest red you've ever seen. It reaches her mid-back and is constantly frizzy. Her almost translucently pale skin almost always has some kind of blood stain on it from from herself or someone else. She has these gorgeous Egyptian blue eyes that seem to be permanently bloodshot from insanity. She is covered in scars, her favorite being this particularly nasty one on the right side of her neck. She has no idea why, she just likes it. She's a beautiful girl with a gorgeous figure to go with it and she uses it to her advantage.

Personality: She is a crazy bitch. Clearly. She has a tendency to randomly burst out into maniacal laughter for no reason. Her outward appearance shows her to be a sarcastic, weird, childish, drama queen. Which she is. But underneath that, she's kind and caring, thoughtful and friendly. She's just scared.
