Grayson walked inside and threw his jacket on the floor, storming upstairs and laying down on the bed, curling his knees up to his chest.
Abaddon was minding his own business now, floating around and moping
Grayson slowly drifted off. His breathing became more shallow as blood slowly dripped from the cut on the back of his head.
(should we skip)
(Sure to when?)
(probably when Grayson wakes up)
(Kk)
Grayson stirred slightly and sat up, a little confused. He stood up and immediately fell back down again, overcome with dizziness.
Abaddon still hadn't made a peep for a while now. Hell, it was almost like he wasn't even there by now
“A-Abaddon?” Grayson asked quietly, still confused on why there was blood all over his bed. “What’s going on? Where are you?”
"Don't you have better things to do than to ask where I am?" Abaddon drawled, heard but not seen
Grayson stayed silent a minute before remembering what had happened. “Oh yeah. Fuck you.” He muttered, walking to the bathroom and dabbing at the cut on his head.
"Not entirely sure you can fuck your mind, but you're welcome to try," Abaddon chuckled
“You aren’t my mind. You’re a little asshole living in my mind.” Grayson muttered, finishing cleaning the cut and walking back downstairs, laying down on the couch.
"Still the same thing," Abaddon muttered bitterly. If he felt like making himself visible, he would have flipped Grayson off by now
Grayson sighed heavily and looked outside. It seemed to be a couple hours after sunset which meant there were still a good amount of people walking around.
Abaddon, watching without being seen, glanced out the window as well. What a strange thing, humans were. In the old days, they used to never be out in the dark
Grayson sat up and watched the people outside. He saw the same man that had pushed him down earlier walk by and Grayson shrank down into the couch so only his eyes were visible to passers by.
Abaddon caught sight of the man and resisted the urge to growl. He was still angry at him for pushing Grayson down like that
Grayson watched him pass, scared that the man would notice him and try to hurt him again. The man sort of reminded Grayson of his father in a way. They both had the same flaming look in their eyes when they were mad.
"Stop being afraid of him. Hold your head up and he won't think of touching you again," Abaddon spoke up
"Doesn't work like that.." Grayson responded quietly.
"Yes, it does. Besides, it's unlikely he would recognize you. Stop cowering," Abaddon huffed
"What do you want me to do?! That terrified me, and it's your fault that it happened!"
"Well, excuse me for being angry at him for hurting you!" Abaddon snapped back
"He didn't mean- Wait. Why would you care if he hurt me? You don't even like me.." Grayson questioned.
