Bennet smirked, "Hhmph, I didn't mean to do that." He rolled his eyes slightly at the thought of that, "I'm sorry though."

“Nah it’s okay, not your fault dude.” He sighed contently. “You’re really comfy did you know that?” He asked, looking at him.

Bennet's blush returned and he offered a small smile to Connor as a thank you, "N-no, I didn't know that at all, not a lot of people have well uhm," he sighed awwardly, "Y-you know what I mean, right?"

“Mm yeah makes sense.” He said with a small shrug. “Does this…weird you out? Being close to me?” He asked out of curiosity.

Bennet shook his head, "Not really, I actually like it, b-but if you'd like me to go, I'll go." He was just an awkward baby boi who didn't know the right way to behave when someone cuddled with him, he'd just freak out as he was doing now, no matter how much he truly like the other person too.

“No don’t let go it’s okay…I’ve been close to a lot of people over a lot of years. But I know you probably haven’t so I just wanted to make sure you were all good.” He yawned, snuggling closer to Bennet’s chest.

"Gee, thanks, you're making me sound as though I've just been single all my life. Which I haven't, there was one angel, can you keep a secret?" He said gazing down at Connor, "I mean, I think you can, but I have to ask, cause one of the big guys could get in trouble if you let this spill."

“Ooh yes secrets tell me! I’m good at keeping secrets! And if you don’t believe me I can tell you one of mine as an insurance policy. And I wasn’t you’ve been single all your life I’m just saying you’ve probably been more single than I have.”

He gasped dramatically. “Oh my gosh really?! How scandalous.” He said the last part sarcastically, laughing softly.

"I uhm, yeah, I guess. . ." He sighed softly, "We uhm, never did anything, and I don't see why he liked me, at all, since when he decided we were done, he never even looked back, he preteneded I never existed or anything." He said shrugging, "But then again, turns out I'm not the only guy or mortal -but who needs to taint him even more- he's done that too."

“Aw man he sounds pretty sucky then. That must not have been fun for you to deal with afterwards. You deserve so much better than some guy who pretends like he never even knew you.” His brow furrowed, he couldn’t understand why anyone would treat Bennet like that.

"Meh, he was sweet when we are alone and stuff but uhm, yeah." He said softly, not sure why he mentioned it, it was sort of dumb honestly, he knew that things weren't going to work out, but for some reason he wanted to give it a try, "Connor, don't think too much about it, I'm sure you've had a bad relationship too." He gently gave him another kiss on his forehead, "Please?"

“Fine I won’t but damn yeah there’s definitely been more than one bad relationship for me. Yeah um..piece of advice, never date a king. I guess it’s not as bad now since there aren’t total monarchies anymore but still. Never date a king, or a firstborn prince either.” He nodded solemnly.

Bennet chuckled a little bit at the statement, "Never tried to and I don't think I will now." He said with a little smirk, "Well, I don't think I've ever been given the opportunity to do so, I mean, this is the only time I've been down on Earth."

“Well congrats on losing your visiting earth virginity.” He chuckled. “I’m glad they sent you down here, you’re a pretty cool guy.”

Bennet nodded slowly, "Uh huh, thanksss." He said in between yawns, "Are you getting sleepy?" He mumbled as he nuzzled into Connor's neck. "I'm getting kind of tired." He closed his eyes a little bit, and leaned back again, his wings covering the two as though it was a blanket.

“Mm a little bit.” He mumbled before yawning. “You should get some rest.” He said, leaning up to kiss Bennet’s cheek. “Goodnight, Bennet.” He said softly before laying back down, pulling Bennet close to him.

Bennet was sort of half asleep at this point, and he nodded an okay, " 'Nite." He said closing his eyes, his feathers moved a little bit as the AC came on, but at that time he was out.

Connor woke up still cuddled up against Bennet’s side. While he was somewhat surprised, he didn’t mind. And it was too warm and comfy for him to get up. So he just stayed for now.

Bennet woke up a few minutes after and saw Connor lying next to him, What the hell did I do last night? Then he remembered, they got drunk, and talked, and oh. . . oh no.. . . "C-connor, you awake?" He whispered, moving ever so slightly to stop crushing his wing, "Please be awake."

“Hm..yeah I’m up.” He mumbled, yawning widely. “Morning.” He looked up at him. “My head hurts.”

"I would think so, you drank a lot last night." He sat up a little bit, still holding Connor close to him, "And I'm hungry, really hungry." He said with a sigh, "You know, you're really nice."
