In your world— a world of lawlessness and bloodshed— a gang war has been going on for centuries. This war, like any war, has two sides. The first is the government, fighting against what they believe to be a league of gangs terrorizing their city. The second is a mysterious organization, trying to defend the rights of its people. Neither side seem to be winning in this bloody war until one day, help arrives from the side of the organization. Some call her La Lorona, or the Weeping Woman; she kills off governmental officials in the dead of night and leaves white flowers strewn across their graves. No one has ever uncovered her identity except for you. You know her as your closest friend, Reia. However, that all changes when the government tasks you with taking the Weeping Woman down. Will you obey these orders and take down your closest friend, or will you defy the government and risk being outlawed or worse?

Name: Reia Barlowe

Name: Zeeshan Arya
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Appearance: https://pin.it/6ESxMzV /// 6' exactly, 210 lbs
Personality: Very honorable, very prone to sticking to the rules, he likes to help friends in need. Whether those friends are well known criminals, or well-respected comrades in the world. He likes to think of himself as a fairly lenient man, and never condones violence for the sake of violence.
Reia loved fall evenings. It was her favorite part of the day, and the smell of autumn and the falling of the leaves just made it better. On that day, she stood on the dock, staring out at the ocean, as the gentle wind pushed her from behind. She loved this season, especially here, and it upset her slightly that it might be her last time seeing the autumn in this place.
Zeeshan stands behind his longtime friend and aqauintance, staring off at the horizon, watching the little wispy clouds skate by on mild winds.
"So. Why are you leaving? I'm not naïve enough to think we can make this work out - we both know I follow the rules too closely and bend them enough by being friends with you - but why do you need to leave?"
She sighed and rocked gently on her heels, the wind playing with her dark curls.
“I don’t think it’s safe here for me anymore.” She sighed and looked down at her hands. “Just… with the whole incident yesterday. They almost caught me, Zeeshan. They almost caught me.”
"I know what happened. I was watching. I'm glad you weren't injured too badly, at least. I would have been annoyed if they'd managed to shoot you, Reia." He nods, resting a large, calloused hand on Reia's shoulder.
“Annoyed?” She laughed softly and rested her hand on top of his. “Come on, now. Both of us know you wouldn’t just be annoyed.”
Zeeshan can't help but laugh slightly.
"True, I would probably be very mad. But I wouldn't do anything more than talk to the person who'd shot you. I'm not a big fan of violence, even when my friends have been hurt. You know that." he says gently.
“Oh, yes. I know. It’s one of the only differences between us.” She sighed softly before she gently nudged him. “Will you miss me?”
"Well, that and you break all the rules, while I break none." he chuckles, ruffling her hair.
"Yes, but I doubt you'll be leaving for too long. You'll get homesick. I know how much you enjoy relaxing at these docks." he shrugs.
“Home?” She let out a humorless laugh as she sat down on the edge. “I… don’t really know if I have a home here. There’s you, of course, but…”
Zeeshan squats next to Reia.
"You know what they say: 'home is where the heart is,' and we both know your heart is here, in this city."
“Is it? They hate me here.” She shrugged and let out a sigh, messing with her curls. “If they found out who I am, what I’ve done…”
"How can people hate someone like you? You're not La Sorana right now, you're simply Reia Barlowe. A girl who's had many reasons up until now to be so much worse than she is, who is continually kind to me. Even knowing the great violence it took to make me the way I am." he murmurs.
She let out a small sigh as she leaned against him, messing with the rings on her fingers. “You really don’t want me to leave, do you?”
He shakes his head.
"No. . . not really. I'd lose my closest friend. I don't want that."
She smiled faintly. “You wouldn’t lose me. I would come back and visit, of course…”
He nods slightly, staring off into the distance.
"You know what I'm going to say about that, though. No matter how much I like you, I have to say this, just once: if you do leave, you shouldn't come back. No matter what. Or at least, not until everyone forgets about the whole situation, though I find that an unlikely course of action. I couldn't stand it if you left, came back and got caught. . ."
“Hey, don’t worry about me, really. I’m sure if I got caught, I could find some way of escape.” She leaned back onto her elbows. “I always do.”
