He rolls his eyes and looks at her. “What do you want?! For me to be all soft and say you’re the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen?! Well there you go. Because you are. Now stop bothering me unless you’re in trouble or need help.”
Ariella rolled her eyes. "No, I'm looking for you to say 'wow, that looks beautiful on you. I really like that.' Something genuine. I highly doubt something is going to trust right through the door while we're here."
He sighs, “I was being genuine…” He whispers. “There could be someone…or something…”
Ariella walked to him and gently placed her hand on top of his. "It's okay. Come away from the door."
"Please?" She gave him a pretty look and a pretty smile, trying to convince him.
He shakes his head. “No…and puppy eyes don’t work on me.”
"Are you sure about that?" Ariella added a pout for good measure.
Ariella kept the look going. She wasn't giving up until he agreed.
Amyntas rolls his eyes and looks back at the door silent. He was just as stubborn as she was…and he wasn’t going to back down.
Ariella moved so she was standing in front of him, arms crossed.
Amyntas sighs. “What do you want?”
"I told you what I want already. I'm just waiting for you to follow." Ariella huffed at him.
Amyntas rolls his eyes, “Too fucking bad.”
Ariella made a face. "You need to calm the fuck down."
He huffs a laugh. “Says you.”
"Exactly. Says me. And I'm always right." Of course that wasn't ture but she would never admit to that.
Amyntas scoffs, “Sureee. Keep lying to yourself. Now go back to shopping.”
Ariella narrowed her eyes at him. "If I'm going to buy it, I need to make it looks good on me. For that, I need you. So come on. The faster you give in the faster we can go back to the palace."
Amyntas sighs, “I told you it looks good. Now get out of my face.”
"Okay, but I'm going to try more on than this. I'll be faster if you come with me."
He sighs, “Then you can walk over here and show me. Or I’ll just look at you from here. I’m not moving.”
Ariella rolled her eyes. "Or you could make it easier and come over to me."
He shrugs, “Rather be near an exit.”
"What if I tell you there's an exit in the back?" She wasn't actually sure if that was true but most places had a backdoor.
He scoffs. “There’s not. I’ve been here before. Nice try though.”
Ariella huffed. "The longer you argue with me the longer we'll be here."
He sighs, “I’ve learned to sleep standing…so I don’t care.”
Ariella rolled her eyes and walked away. Fine, if he was going to be that way, she was going to wrack up the bill.
