Character B has been looking for a new victim, a toy, of sorts. their last one didn't last very long. Minnow catches their eye.
We can start from when character B sees minnow for the first time, or anytime after that.
@Avhira I will say this once more, themes that are 18+ should not be used in a role play with someone who is under age, this goes against the rules of notebook.ai while it is in a public forum and I would ask if you would please take this down or move to PM's I'd like to not tell you a third time.
And i've said that it will stay PG13! i have read YA novels that are much worse than this, and i appreciate your concern, and will move it to PM's if you wish, but i am not breaking any rules.
Just because there are no sexual themes doesn't mean that it is not a mature role play, your theme over all is very inappropriate 'A Criminal and Their Toy" shows that this isn't a theme for people under age and I've warned you once already and you keep making the same role plays over and over. So yes move to PM's and don't make these types of forums again or I won't be so lenient. -moderator
