“Looks like the devil is beating his wife,” is the Louisiana regional equivalent of the term ‘sunshower’. (For those unfamiliar with either term, they both refer to weather phenomena where it’s raining but the sun is shining)

"Tell it to Sweeney!" (Expressing disbelief)

"Did you hear? Billy got handcuff" (Meaning he got the ring. tied down.)

"Butt me." (Asking for a cigarette)

"Away you three-inch fool!" (William Shakespeare-Taming of the Shrew, This sentence means; You have an underwhelming member, now go away.)
