Anyone interested in diet, exercise and general health?

I generally am, but am to lazy to continue the exercise part. The good thing is I joined the cheer team so I’ll be exercising more.

Wrestling for two, karate for one, boxing for one. I'm technically learning ninjutsu unofficially, but that's not as much assassination techniques and martial arts as it sounds, that's how the movies make it out to be.

Well, most of the time I eat superfoods like fish, eggs, asparagus, milk and potatoes, and whey powder of course. I obviously love health and all of the stuff that comes with it.

I like my fish, I eat a ton of fruit everyday, veggies (more specific carrots), water is my friend, and did I mention I love fish.

XD salmon is fabulous and so is pizza (but not at the same time… no wait, I can’t say that. I’ve never tried it that way) and anyone a weightlifter?

I'm not super into it, but I run XC and track and its pretty awesome. I do long jump in field events. I'm pretty bad at dieting though, I have the worst sweet tooth.
