I’m doing a digital comic for a school assignment and wanted to do a more comic look in terms of shading and coloring. If anyone out there has suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated!

What type of classic do you mean? Are we talkin 1930s Superman? Or we talkin something like 1960s X-Men? There are so many classic comic styles.
I have some!
Use stippiling for shading! It gives it a more comic feel. So does using a few lines as shading.

(I was really tired when I typed this up and didn’t quite word this all right)
I guess what I was trying to say was what artistic choices are typically associated with comic style?
Yup! I took a small class about it!
learn about the type of tyle yo want to do "Japanese style 'right to left' or American Style 'left to right' they are both amazing styles but the first thing you have to do is tell your readers about it. Also if you are doing comics in like "Webtoon tyle" 'up and down' you have nothin' to worry about. Good luck on ur comics.
Thank you!
I HAVEN'T SEEN YOU IN AGES LAVENDER!!!
Hello Shuri! I haven’t been terribly active on NB until recently, but I’m happy to be back! I’ll be on a bit more now that I’ve got my computer up and running.
That's cool!
