So, I'm only a teenager, and my story is about a father. I'm a bit nervous, because since I'm not an adult myself, I don't know how to write one. And tips?

Think about your parental figures. How would they react to certain scenarios? How do they make their choices. You don't have to look at just parental figures either. Celebrities, youtubers, vlogers, you name it. But at the same time, adults aren't as complicated as you think. Just try something out and see how it goes!

My approach is going stupidly indepth with these types of things. Think about the rough age group of your character, and look up studies about this group. Research habits and statistics and take rough notes on what you feel would fit. Since he's a father, maybe find a blog by a father writing about his daily life. Of course, there are other ways without having to look at five different surveys!
