U could record yourself beating up a pillow.I probably sound dumb but I tried it and it was pretty good :) 💩💩💩

What I do is go on youtube and look up krav maga, sword fighting, etc. videos to try and look at the flow. Also, if you are not familiar with a fighting style try describing the action sequence from a different character's perspective looking at the one who is fighting. And when you are doing fight scenes, the words should be short and precise. With that much adrenaline pumping through the character's veins, there is no time to be wordy/profound.
