I cant seem to find the right last name for my character and I was hoping someone could help, any interesting last name or names and maybe meanings if they have one, also anyone who is struggling with their own, maybe someone can help

When I can't find a name I like, I usually use a name generator. Here are a couple of my favorites:

What I like to do for (Earth) last names is Google 'top 100 surnames in [insert name of country here]'. So, for example, I had a character who was French, and I looked at a list of French surnames. I knew I wanted one that sounded like it could possibly also be English, and ended up choosing 'Martin'.
If it's a surname in a fantasy language, you could use a fantasy name generator like the one @AutumnBlaize suggested and then give it whatever meaning you wish. :)
