So I'm in the beginning of this novel I want to write and I had a great idea going. Now I'm stuck in a rut. Its not even specific I just can't go. Help!

A suggestion: what could go wrong in the scene your writing? What's the absolute worst way? Make it so, cause some drama to flare up, or the protagnist loses their shoe, or the antagonist makes an appearance. Any way you can make something happen, do it, but write a few ideas down and keep thinking, 'cause sometimes the best ideas are the ones you get first off, and sometimes its after two or three pages of writing. Good luck ^^

skip to a different part. I would recomend the end because if you know where you need to go, it's a lot harder to get writer's block.

Just write! Usually when I’m stuck I just write randomly without thinking about what comes next and usually I get something awesome!
