I have this problem a lot. Its annoying and frustrating. I usually start writing down my dreams then take the interesting parts and put them all together :D

Write about you not wanting to write. Get things flowing first

FANFICTION
Self insert fluff or just fun adventures
A dialogue between you snd your favorite character or least favorite character
Look at prompts for inspiration.
or just train of thought about not knowing what to write about and expanding from there.
