What do you mean by writing straights and females?
Female characters and heterosexuals
No I know what that bit is, but I'm curious as to why you seek help for writing them
I just always make characters male and gay. Even if they start as female or straight they always turn that way.
Right..
So writing heterosexual characters is basically the same as writing a gay character, other than the fact that there is not even a hint of attraction towards a character of the same sex. You want to make it so they only focus on a character of the opposite sex as their potential love interest.
A possible scenario: A and B are both males and are really good friends. A's love interest is C, but B has feelings for A although he won't say anything about it. A does not see B that way, because he is straight and don't want to ruin the friendship they have. But A doesn't say any of that, he just shows it in his actions.
That scenario can also work for females as well.
