" not particularly" she said with a small blush and smile

He sighed dramatically but smiled. “That’s fine, I get that.”

She smiled " I promise I'll sing for you soon" she said

“I’m not going to make you, I don’t normally like it when people ask me to display my talents.” He shrugged lightly.

She smiled but then pouted as her hair fell in her face again " I hate my hair" she said

“I think it’s gorgeous.” He grinned, running his hands through it.

She blushed " Really?" She asked

“Yeah, it’s a pretty color. I love it.” He hummed, carefully braiding it some.

She blushed a darker color laying her forehead on his shoulder to hide it

"You don't like it when I compliment you?" He asked with a frown, petting her.

" No I'm just trying to hide my blush" she said

Thomas chuckled, resting his head on top of hers'. "There are worse things that could happen, besides blushing." He shrugged, sitting her up.

She looked at him " like?" She said

"I don't have anything specific, but blushing isn't the worse thing to happen." Thomas laughed, pecking her cheek.

Caroline's cheeks grew red once more

Once he pulled away, his own face grew pink. Her blush was contagious, as she was super cute. A fluttery feeling grew in his chest, sitting here with Caroline.

Caroline smiled at seeing his blush

"S-so, what now?" He asked, biting his lip.

She titlted her head " what do you mean?" She asked

"I, I don't know. Do we just sit here?" He asked once more, tapping his foot.

" I told you you could go back to class" she said

"No, I just meant… never mind." He sighed softly, standing up and pacing. "Do you even have a nurse?"

She grabbed his hand " No tell me what you meant then" she said

"I just meant, what to do while we sit here." He shrugged some, gently pulling away.

" here hand me that tape " she said pointing to the counter
