Zaura was smiling. Her face illuminated in the orange sky
“Cameron?” she knew was off as he looked over at her “you okay?” Cameron was crying, he wiped his eyes with a chuckle
“That’s weird, I don’t even know why,” he smiled at her, she gave him a half smile then he looked past her “look at that,” he changed the subject gesturing to the setting sun, it was practically level with the ship floating through the sky
“Yeah,” Zaura turned to look “I’ve seen it.”
“So have I,” he took a step toward her “just never with you before.” Zaura stared at him for a moment, her expression blank.
“are you hitting on me?”
“of course not.”
“….good.” They leaned into each other locking lips gently as the light disappeared from the sky.
