I've decided to start a new writing project!! I don't know what it's going to be called yet, but this is where I'm going to be putting my ideas for suggestions and critique!
My idea is basically a book that switches back and forth between comic and word form every chapter. The chapters will also switch perspective. Character A's perspective will be written in novel/word/paragraph form, and Character B's perspective will be written in comic form.
It will be a slow-burn queer romance centered around the two characters.
Character A gets good grades, stays out of trouble, and helps out around the house. He's a pretty good guy, not to mention the fact that he's also literally a superhero…
Character B, Jackson, seems like the embodiment of the "bad guy" stereotype. After a mix-up involving a tattoo pen and Character A, Jackson is left with the ability to manipulate ink and a thirst for revenge.
If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, let me know!
I've decided that Jackson's personality (and elements of his voice) are going to be stolen from some of Micheal Kovach's voiced characters… Specifically Angel Dust…
