My advice to you is stop working on any huge projects you might be working on, and just start writing small random stuff that comes to your mind :) Write about whatever makes you happy, and for the love of life, make sure you do not edit any of it, or care at all how it sounds <3 Or, set a daily goal for yourself that's ridiculously achievable, like 100 words in three hours. Hope this helps <3
I agree with @Oakley-is-Oaken-Bull on this. When I've been out of it, I'll write random prompts I've found on Pinterest. Or go through my notes, where I write different quick prompts.
Also, if you're lacking ideas in general, pick a cliche! Write it however you feel like. Keeping it classic, or trying a remixed version.
For an example, take any classic or cliche romance prompt, and write it more realistically. If you're into romance, that is lol. Or maybe try re-writing a fairy-tail to something you'd like better.
