So in my story, (modern world) there's a group of people with the ability to manipulate energy and matter and because they've all been hunted down, there's only a small amount of them left, the group has to deal with this organization for certain parts of the story, the organization is more of a modern small military branch with guns and everything, if anybody played it, kinda like the D.U.P in Infamous: Second Son, my question is does anyone have any good names for the organization? I've tried and I just can'tcome up with anything. I'd like the name to be an acronym, but I honestly don't care if it's not

Some thoughts:
SPEARS: Stealth and Precision Energy-Anomaly Retrieval Squad
PERU: Para-deviance Emergency Response Unit (I just made up the word para-deviance but it sounds like a cool word for a weird power or phenomenon lol)
You could also consider naming the group after a god or goddess of hunting, since you said they hunt down the energy/matter manipulating people. Artemis has a nice ring to it, but there are tons of other hunting gods out there that sound cool too.

No, as of yet there's no name for the people who control energy and matter, just to have something to call them, I've been using "elementals" but it's more of a placeholder name as I want to go with a more realistic definition of energy and matter instead of "elements". I do think I like the acronym S.P.E.A.R.S a lot and I'm definitely putting it down as a real possibilty. I just want to have a larger list of names to choose from lol
