I'm beginning a new world and the characters etc are fine, but coming up with place names is the hardest. I want a name that starts with Z for the entire nation; but an assortment of other names for other things. Country Name Z, any other letter for landmarks or terrains.

You could also try to mash two words into one, making a completely new word as well as a sort of mystery to accompany it.
