Which facets of worldbuilding do you focus on? What's most essential? Least essential?

I go the George R.R. Martin route where nearly EVERYTHING is important, even if I don't use it. "Aragorn ruled wisely and well for 500 years." What the hell does that mean? What do you mean "wisely and well?!" Were the taxes low? High? They did just come off of a war. What about the Orcs? Are they still a threat? Were their peace talks? No citizen riots due to poor crops? Mass funerals? Ending off like that feels extremely lazy when there is so much more work to be done!
Important:
Deep understanding of history (For if you're doing an alternate history world, folks. Germany or the CSA won't magically win their wars)
LOGISTICS! Holy crap, logistics! People seem to ignore the fact that weapons of war, food, vehicles, and other supplies need to actually GET to the army so they can be used! Who makes them? How do they get there? Are there issues in getting them there? All of these details that could add SO MUCH to a story if people knew how they worked.
Just look up a lot of the major WWII battles and find the sections where they talk about how they managed to enact those crazy plans, it'll blow your stupid face off!
Hi im having a lot of trouble in building this fantasy world its my first time trying to write a story. can anyone help me please ?
If you are wanting to see or make your land, incarnate maps is a great way to draw your map. You can visualize everything better.
