Its about a medieval/fantasy book with a few interesting quirks.

All the characters are named after gems, like Turquoise, Sapphire, and Alexandrite. they are all half-dragons (don't ask me to explain how THAT happened) but half-dragons have powers. some people are trying to save their parents from the dragon kingdom (regular dragons are resentful towards half-dragons because they have special powers, magic powers, and they don't.)

Well, you could title it after the main protagonist.

Okay, well, you could name it after the land it takes place in.

It takes place on a large land mass called Astral. The Astral Chronicles?

I was going to come up with a few, because I'm not too bad at naming things, but I really like "The Astral Chronicles" :P
