Does anyone know any good strategies for coming up with fantasy country names, place names, and surnames?

Right now, I use google translate and combine random words in different languages(ex: Caerusulam is a combination of the Latin words for blue and island), but I think that will get tedious so I need help

I know this site is for ~People~ names but there are some really good names that can be used for locations!

I tend to use http://www.fantasynamegenerators.com/fantasy-town-names.php for place names like "Oakhollow" or "Greenmarsh", and the rest of the town name generators on the site if I'm looking for a specific feeling. They've also got a kingdom name generator, and a country/nation generator as well. Hope some of these help! ^^

I normally just mash up random syllables until I come up with something that I like. Sometimes when I get stuck I like to use https://www.fantasynamegen.com/ for coming up with names. There is a surname option as well, but you can still use the first names for last names, or even for places. Sometimes the names are a little weird, but you can always alter them by changing/adding/removing letters until you get something you like. The generator that @FantaPop mentioned is also really good.

Also, for places, combining the names of pre-existing countries/cities can also work. One of my cities is called Kanshali which is just a bunch of African capitals combined (Kampala+ Kinshasa+ Kigali= Kanshali). I guess you could do this with pre-existing names as well.

I've been using https://www.behindthename.com/random/ to come up with almost all the names of my characters.
