I really hate starting stories without titles so if anyone has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.

Summary time!

So, the main character is the daughter of a villain and she discovers the identity of an electrically powered superhero who is an acquaintance of hers in real life. Long story short, they end up capturing the hero and she keeps trying to free him without making her parents upset.
Also, it's totally the villain's fault that the hero has powers and his powers are slowly killing him because he can't/won't let go of the electricity he holds.

I was going to call it theives of lightening, but apparently that's a Percy Jackson book.
