i’m trying to start a wholesome meme account, because i realized i have no accomplishments outside of school, so i’m trying it out.
does anyone have any tips for good photo editing apps/ how to get an instagram following/ or how to make quality wholesome memes? sorry to bother.

Wholesome memes are the best
Okay, first thing’s first, I’d recommend looking at inspiration from Reddit (r/wholesomememes) before creating anything.
The only things you’ll need to create good quality wholesome memes are a smartphone/iPod/Tablet, a photo editor app (The free version of Typic works okay, although there are probably way better ones out there), and a heart <3, but other things such as a camera or artistic skills can come in handy. I don’t really have many tips, but one thing I do know is try to avoid memes that just compliment the reader. While those are very sweet at times, they aren’t usually as good at making people smile compared to the more thought-out memes. Does that make sense? I’ll try and get some examples in a moment.

but no, for wholesome memes, i enjoy using obviously violent scenes and adding captions, like someone obviously about to punch a person, where the fist would be labeled "all of my love" and the person being labelled as "my best friend" or something like that.
