I can make OCs, so why not characters of users? Every user will have the word Suggested. You can suggest yourself or whoever you like.

This seems a lil confusing on how that form works, but could you do one for me? (maybe explain the first part of the form a bit?)
Name of who is suggesting, you don't need to fill out second name if it's your own character.

No, I don't draw them, I just make them on here because the format is cool. I love how you can make the characters personalized.
