They left a lot of questions unanswered, there was hardly any character development except maybe for Hunk and Keith (although that's nothing new), the Allurance was so forced it was painful to watch, the LGBT rep was a complete disaster, what the fuck is going on with Shiro where is my space dad???, why is Sendak still here he should've been dead seasons ago
but I mean we got Veronica so that makes it a little better, and you're right the animation and soundtrack were both prettying cool
yup… that bad rep almost made me cry
oof
yeah the LGBT thing was kind of a tease, but I feel that was more dreamworks than the actual creators
you can see they probably wanted to do more but their hands were tied
i thought sendak was an okay villain to set up the main villain, who i assume is haggar…
allurance… is iffy to me. they hinted it pretty well at the beginning, backed down from it, and then brought it back suddenly??
kinda annoying
but the season is automatically an 1000/10 because HUNK!!!
yeah as soon as Matt died I got so triggered I actually had to turn off the show for a few days
The producer's excuses were bullshit, they queerbaited us
WAIT WHEN DID MATT DIE?!?!
oof

yes Hunk was an absolute gift
but Keith was being an asshole to everyone but Shiro and his mom. He was especially being a dick to Lance, who didn't do a god damn thing
which reminds me, Lance deserves so much better
i think you meant adam, right?
but yeah
they totally queerbaited with that
disappointing
I MEANT ADAM***
ADAM
SHIT
i loved keith and lance interactions though??
they were really funny because it was interesting to see how
lance has matured so much
and then there's keith, the edgelord who doesn't know how to friendship
i love them
I'm sorry idk why I said Matt

I would've appreciated it more if Keith had shown at least a little bit of appreciation for Lance. Then I probably would've found most of their interactions amusing. But Keith was honestly just really rude and I didn't like it
yeah his character development just went downhill
but
but keith and hunk
keith and shiro
keith's still a huge softy…
there just wasn't time to give him amazing interactions with everyone else
true the storyline at some pionts seemed a bit rushed
Yeah, I loved the Keith and Hunk interactions toward the end
Keith and Shiro didn't impress me, Keith showing his love and appreciation for Shiro has been happening since episode 1
I'm just saying they could've given us at least one nice interaction between Lance and Keith
my fave keith lance moment was the game show one
they chose each other
and lance was all "he's the future"
and keith was like "i just don't wanna be trapped here with him" with the most embarrassed look on his face
cuties
yeah I gotta admit that was pretty funny
kinda upset about how Lance was treated throughout that whole episode though
in the game show episode, everyone treated Lance like an idiot, nobody was really encouraging him that much, they were all just complaining and rolling their eyes whenever he did something wrong. He was put under a lot of stress and his weaknesses were exploited
ohhh lol
i don't think it was meant to be that deep
but when i think of it that way i guess i see what you're saying
yeah it probably wasn't, but it just kinda makes me think of how Lance has done his very best to be there for everybody, he's comforted Keith of all people, sacrificed himself for Allura, has put himself in danger to keep Pidge from getting hurt, he's a sniper and always watching to make sure everyone is safe, but not once has anybody actually thanked him for it, except maybe Allura when she brought him back to life (which I can't get over, that was one of the most beautiful moments of the show in my opinion)
YES
i honestly wish people would acknowledge the fact that lance sacrifices himself…
a lot??
he almost died for coran in season 1!
and then he actually died for allura
people need to recognize that
yeah it honestly bothers me so much and if Lance doesn't get the love he deserves in the last season I will write a very angry email to voltron that will never be read but I'm going to write it anyway
