I know this is stupid, but I'm going away to Korea for a two-month trip, and I have literally no clue about what to bring… besides the obvious: clothes and toiletries. any suggestions? advice for the trip?

Bring an empty reuseable water bottle. Seriously, buying water is a hassle and you can always refill when needed. Also, if you're on a plane NEVER WEAR TIGHT OR UNCOMFORTABLE CLOTHING!!!! Wear loose clothing like a hoodie and sweatpants and trust me, it will be much more comfortable. When packing your suitcase, roll your clothes to save space and avoid wrinkles. Trust me. Make a list of what you intend to bring and keep it with you on the trip. Then, if you want to check if you lost something you can peek at the list. Pack clothing for warm and cold weather, depending on where and when you're going it can make a huge difference.

You can bring that many, even more if you want. You should probably keep a spare outfit or two if you forgot to clean something but also: You can wear the same clothing two or even three days in a row if it doesn't look dirty. Just do the sniff test, if it knocks you out cold don't wear it. But remember this: BRING EXTRA UNDERWEAR!!! I swear to God, it is a necessity for travel. Seriously, just trust me on this one. You will need the undies. And it goes for socks as well, socks are vital.
