Don't feel guilty… It's hard to reject someone, sometimes harder than being rejected. But you can't feel guilty for everyone you reject, it'll just weigh you down. (I wouldn't know because I've never been asked out and have only been in one relationship because everyone hates me :))

I've gotten in relationships twice with people I don't like bc they confessed their feelings to me and I didn't want to hurt their feelings (which was really stupid of me)

I don't think most people take rejection too well. It stings. But it still happens, and we all move on from it, and get used to it eventually.
