Explain?

Everyone has different powers, and certain powersources can be linked to life force aura or different elements or both.

That's a really cool idea! And my story everything has an aura, but certain creatures and characters can use those for special purposes.
Like how faeries can use theirs to enhance their magical abilities, or decrease those of an enemy. Their auras also Act as protectors, their auras can block small attacks, displace small attacks, and even if you're not cracked just get through taking concentrate their Aura to heal it. This works for both mental and physical attacks.

yeah! Auras in my world relate to zillions of different types of elements, including hybrid ones.

and then there's the fact that every aura has an opposite! and it's a lot harder to fight someone who has an aura opposite yours!

But I would think so.

then there's also the fact that certain auras make you vulnerable to certain gems/metals/types of rock and environments.
Eg diamond can weaken fire auras and water auras are weakened around dry earth elements.
