That depends on which one you get. the Cookies and Cream ones are pretty bland, so the only really tasty part is the stick. When you combine the stick and cream flavor, however, it's fantastic! The sweet cream combined with the texture and crunch of the stick makes me want to eat an entire box.

It's a "bread" stick that is covered in a cream. The most popular ones are chocolate, strawberry, and green tea.
