So for my story, I want to write about a woman who is in the air force, but I want it to be accurate. I have already done lots up research about them, but I kind of wan some personal experience, or just tell me what it's like!

I cant tell u much about the air force or the army but i am an army cadet so i could tell u about what little i know may relate, it will depend on the subject, how drill and parades are done (sorta), taking care of uniforms, boot polishing, stuff like that… idk if that will help at all but i dont think ur actually gonna find an airforce person on this site
Oh I know, I'm just asking about like daily life on a base
Also good for you! I was thinking about joining the Civil Air Patrol Cadet Program for awhile before going on to join the Air Force Academy.
Afraid i cant tell u much there…. cadets do get to go to summer camps that i would think are (maybe similar) but i have never gone soooo… sorry
Yeah i love the program why didnt u join?
You could've gotten a piolets license (also if u get to go to summer camps you get paid 10 dollars a day!)
I mean I'm thinking about it because I really want to be a fighter pilot, but like I have family issues going on and my mom works almost 24/7 so there's almost no one to take me.

Dude I'm only in Middle School, too young to fly, but old enough to join! I have to wait until I'm 16, but they do offer orientation flights where they let cadets pilot the plane in the air sometimes.
In the air cadet program u can get a learners piolet license by 14 the only reason i know this is because my sister wants to be a pigeon
This is info straight from one of the air cadet corps in my region
Altho the rules might be different if ur American…..
Hmm, I didn't know that, cool! And you don't have to be part of a military family to join right? Thats like all I'm worried about.

I am American..
No u dont
I know im not and i have been in for 3 yrs
Mind u it is a huge commitment and totally worth it
Ok chill, now I just have to talk to my family and find out where to join,
they don't accept applicants until next November though
Altho (yeah this is biased) i would reccommend army instead of air (and not biased) especially if u like treking, camping hiking ect, because air doesnt do that, and if u prefer not sleeping in a tent and boating go for sea instead
U can join in the middle of the year if u really want to i know people who did and they are doing fine
Unless of course it works differently in the USA (what do i know about u lot anyway after all im am proudly Canadian.)

Theres a reason I want to join the air force.
Cool good for u
If u can go for cadets tho I would do it where I am doing cadets is like a precursor to the armed forces and even if u dont join the army u get a really good job resume and a ton of life experience
