@LeafyLemur

So, there’s this one kid, Midoriya. He’s in a world where the majority of people have quirks, basically superpowers. He meets his idol, All Might! All Might passes his quirk down to Midoriya, meaning Midoriya makes it into Class 1-A! The series follows Class 1-A and all their shenanigans. It’s fun and action-packed, you won’t regret watching it!

^heavy breathing^ Ok, huff I’m done huff

It is an anime about a superhero world. One day, a baby was born that gave off light, and pretty soon, other people starting showing amazing powers, or "quirks" as they call them in the show. The main character is Izuku Midoriya, an average middle school kid. But he doesn't have a quirk, so he loves to watch heroes (a hero is now a basic career in their world) do their work, and he takes notes on how to be a hero. He calls these notes "Hero Analysis for the Future." And also because he doesn't have a quirk, he is bullied by Katsuki Bakugo, whom he used to be childhood friends with, until Bakugo got his quirk (Explosive Sweat) and started to think highly of himself. He is very hot-headed and arrogant, and hates it when Midoriya mentions anything about becoming a hero. Midoriya and Bakugo are both planning on going to UA High, the premier high school for heroes. But when everybody else finds out Midoriya wants to try to apply there, they all laugh because he is quirkless. And Bakugo takes it even worse because he thinks Midoriya is trying to compete with him, which he is not. And then he gets bullied some more. But then, something happens that will change his life forever. He is rescued from a villain by All Might, the #1 hero, who happens to be Midoriya's absolute idol. But that's all I want to tell you. Important things happen, and I wouldn't want to spoil it if you were planning to watch it. And if not, you should watch it anyway. It's an awesome show with very good character development and plot. (Last year it won almost every single award except for "Best Anime of 2017", which is dumb, if you ask me. Because most people agree it was the best anime of 2017, anyway.)

Made in Abyss won the award, which it rightfully deserved. And some categories had two characters from Hero Academia in comparison to other shows in other categories which rightfully deserved the award. They put Hatori Chise from The Ancient Magus' Bride in the category of "Best Hero"; Which, if you've ever watched Ancient Magus' bride, you'd know Chise never did anything that heroic. Really disadvantages any shows that deserved the awards. Just saying…
