Just looking for answers because I have nothing else to do with my life

The server that processes background tasks for the forums was overloaded because we hit our limit on the number of thread-response emails we can send out each month. I disabled the emails temporarily while I work out how to increase it.
Otherwise, error rate is back to the usual 0.001%.
