Does anyone have any good recommendations for songs that inspire certain emotions in them or that motivate them to write or somethingg?

Video game music is fantastic for concentration, and I like listening to classic rock and bands before the 2000s just for a general purpose. I'd recommend soundtracks from people like Grant Kirkhope or Koji Kondo, and there are a lot of other games with great soundtracks depending on what you want. DOOM for metal, Bayonetta for acid jazz, Mario for jazz and orchestral music, etc.

I usually listen to high-energy stuff, but not anything too distracting, I need stuff that can just fade into the background while I write and become a soundtrack. I usually listen to my 'Mainstream Stuff I Actually Like' playlist because I don't want to focus too hard on the music.
