I think that for my AU, Sleepy Bois Inc. plus Toob and Ranboo make up a little crew, and they just found Tubbo after a barrel floated by the ship and behold, there's a child!
That's totally not based off of a One Piece fanfic I read once and cried so much, I still cry over it from time to time

You could do the eggpire(I think that's what they're calling themselves? I haven't been paying a whole lot of attention to them tbh) as another crew that's trying to expand their territory. The Dream Team could be after a treasure that the SBI has(the disks probably) and try to get it from them via force at first but they run out of resources and resort to trying to manipulate them into giving it to them. Dream separates Tommy from the rest of his crew and boom exile arc.

Fundy has a Zoroark, a Nickit, and a Vulpix
