Yes I am genderfluid and male or nonbinary pronouns are still in effect… going on 2 weeks now…

umm sorry to interrupt but @RedTheHopeless the overstimulation thing is happening again

I know I'm not Lee, but I still know how to deal with it. Breathe in while counting to 4, hold it for 7, out for 8. Repeat this breathing while closing your eyes and focusing on the sense that's being used the LEAST. Usually this is smell or taste. Focus on that while counting and breathing.

Shit fuck well try to do the breathing technique that @CoolBeanz suggested. If you can put in earbuds to listen to something or silence then please do that… find a dark or dim place that's comfy
