I usually use it as a general overview of a character's personality, combining the other categories on the page into a two or three sentence blurb.
I put their Myers-Briggs. It's a personality indicator. Look it up, it helps me a lot with my characters!
Personality type is a general description/summary of a character’s archetype and aesthetic/vibe. I like to think of it as what helps you write this character’s tone and dialogue, possibly even actions, although that’s mostly motivation.
I know a lot of people put the Myers-briggs personality thing, but I think its better to actually describe it. Because really, those are kinda limited if you think about it. But yeah, its basically a summery about the characters personality.
I either do a Myers Briggs, Hogwarts House, small summary, or "cinnamon roll" meme depending on the character.
