This site is awesome, I really like storywars.net and sometimes Storybird.com Are there any more websites like these ones?

World anvil. It's more in depth, but Notebook is a lot simpler in set up and easier to navigate and arrange. Both have their pros and cons, and I use both, depending on the stage of character/story development I'm on.
