Hey! My name's Ash, and i just signed up ^^; i'm kinda looking for tips on how everything works, it would be a great help! thank you :)

im kind of new too

anyways, I always create my locations first, then one character, then so on and so on. its easier for me.

To get your mind flowing, maybe join some roleplaying! It's super cool. Then you start with a universe, add a location and then start making some characters.

Some tips-

Don't be afraid to ask questions! Almost everyone is super kind and helpful on here!

When creating characters, go as in depth as possible! For example, when talking about hair, don't just say its brown and long, say its Dark chocolate and falls straight down to their middle back!

Ask for critiques on everything! People will give you helpful tips and ways to improve whatever you want a critique on!

Try and avoid stereotypes and cliches. They make your character or universe really dull and unoriginal. Of course, its almost impossible to avoid all cliches, a few are fine of course!
