Tove Lo’s song Habits. I relate to the unhealthy habits, and the impulsive, reckless behavior described. I have never really been any good at processing my emotions, and all I’ve ever done is act impulsively and recklessly in an attempt to dull the emotional pain that I’m in.

Whoa. As a survivor, I beg you to reach out in any way that you can, and to be open and frank about what you are going through. Even though my attempts at this seemed to go unanswered, I feel that it honestly saved my life because it gave me a motivation to act, and keep acting until I made it through to the other side. I love you and you are important and you deserve happiness, I promise.

I thank you so much for this but I tried telling people. I told my best friend and it totally backfired. She didn't even offer help she just lied about how she was depressed to…but don't worry about it. I love you too and you deserve all the good stuff as well.

y'all should listen to Cavetown, he's one of the best artists I've ever listened to and his music is really relaxing (even though it can be super depressing). I really reccommend Lemon Boy, This is Home, Green, Fool, It's U, and Another One of Those Days
