So, you know how in Mad Hatter, she's like "I'm peeling the skin off my face?" Well, I have sunburn and my skin was flaking, so I felt like I totally related to her in that moment. (Yeah talk about whatever in this chat :P)

basically her ex-best friend accused her of…coercing her into….relations…..during a sleepover…when they were high
mel didnt deny it
she said "she never said no"
meaning….eh, idk. the accusations were kinda fishy but still suspicious

oh. thats… eh. I still like her songs. tho…

her song lyrics kinda glorify different mental illnesses and she also sings about abuse etc in a lighthearted way which is interesting when you consider she's never undergone any sort of abuse
also the songs about kidnapping are interesting
and her more violent songs about that "basic b*tch"

I guess I never really listen to the lyrics? Or I don't really pay attention to them much? but i guess you're right

yeah i wasn't really listening to what her lyrics meant until after the accusation
freaked me out a little bit
the songs are definitely catchy though, chances are when she releases something else I'll give it at least one listen, just to see how it sounds
