Hey all! I've been writing/using the same character for quite some time now, and I always wanted a visual aid to help me pin down exactly what she looks like. I am willing to pay up to $100 for a very nice full body and colored art of a character that has a physical quirk that may be difficult to draw. Since I want a picture as close to my vision as possible, I'm looking for someone who is willing to work with me to do so. I promise that I won't be difficult, and I will try to be as detailed as possible, but I may require redraws if it's not quite right the first go around.
If you have a semi-realistic, animated style (not too anime, but not too realistic), and, most importantly, have experience drawing characters of color, please feel free to submit a link with your art. I'll admit that I'm going to be a bit picky, but I think that's fair for 100 bucks. Also, feel free to ask questions if there was anything I said that's not too clear.

This is from a mural of Malcolm X I did for school (which is why there's stuff in the background) but I think this probably fits your description well. If I do end up working with you, it'll probably end up being less realistic than that, but this is one of my best drawings so that's why I'm showing you. I can give more examples if you want me to as well. I can't guarantee that it'll be like this or that I can help, but I'm willing to try. Don't worry about paying me either, I don't need the money. I'm also trying to write my own story and balance out things like school, but I'll still have time for this.
Hey thanks for replying you guys, sorry I didn't get back sooner. As much as I appreciate you offering to do this for free, the reason I'm paying is because I don't wanna get in the habit of requesting free art, and because this is a semi-long term project and I want to make sure you're properly compensated. That being said, I encourage other people to reply so I can see a wide array of choices.
Okay. I still don't really have a way for you to pay me yet (and that's if you even decide to work with me), but it's fine. And if you do need other examples I'm willing to give more.
Hey, my name is Jensen and I do digital and traditional art (working with watercolors, colored pencils, and copics). I'm a busy person, so it takes a while for me to get a large project done, but if I work consistently on it then it should be done within 7-14 days. I'll post some artwork here.
