Who here loves Disney? Who loves to rant about their favorite and least favorite movie/show all the time but no one listens? This is the place for that folks. Let me start off this chat by saying two of my favorite shows.
That's So Raven
Fantastic show, made in 2003 and went on for four years! And there's an amazing reboot(Ravens Home) which is also fun to watch! I think one of the most amazing things is that Raven Symone has been an actor since she was a teen and maybe even younger. My favorite character is definitely Chelsea, she may be a bit on the dumb side but she's a good friend.
Ducktales
Love. This. Show. The character development is the best, I love this reboot series so fucking or should I saying ducking much! A third season is officially going to happen and there's even a CHRISTMAS EPISODE!! Who doesn't love that? Two of my favorite things is that Fenton Crackshell is played by Lin-Manuel Miranda and The Three Caballeros make a surprise visit in the episode where they go to Brazil! (Baia if you're a fan of the movie). My favorite character from this is definitely Louie, he's easy to relate to and always admiring Scrooge McDuck.
I actually like the sequels. Many people say they are crappy, but I think they have good plots and character development.
I agree 100% some are bad but I have firm belief that many are amazing. Such as Incredibles 2.
Little Mermaid 2 and all of the Cinderella ones. I grew up with these on VHS.
The Little Mermaid 2 was good, I wasn't too huge of a fan of the Cinderella ones. I've always been a huge fan of the newer sequels like Ralph Breaks The Internet, Mary Poppins Returns and Incredibles 2.
I prefer the original Mary Poppins, but the new one was great too.
One word: (Actually two)
Tinker Bell.
I was obsessed with her as a kid and now I am slightly not but still.
Ah, yes good old Tinkerbell. No offense to the movie series(which I used to love) but her first appearance in Peter Pan was my favorite.
It's about a man's wife who is brutally murdered by a serial killer and his son is left physically disabled. A few years later his son is kidnapped and the dad has to track and chase the kidnapper thousands of miles with the help of a mentally disabled woman.
Guess the movie!
Yay I guess? Weird how that's a pretty accurate retelling of the story
It makes it sound cooler too. :)
Definitely. A lot more suspenseful and epic until you learn that it's Finding Nemo :P
OMG I HEARD THE SONG OF MY PEOPLE
I loooove disney soooooo much! Although I do need to say one thing: 3D animation will be the death of disney. It is not nearly as good as 2d animation, since the character's movements have to be stiffer and make more physical sense. It also doesn't allow for lots of diversity in the look of characters; pretty much all of the female humans have big eyes and round faces and big heads.
i like disney for MARVEL.
No offense to Marvel cuz I love it but regular Disney is better.
I mean, Deadpool versus Mary Poppins.
The power of Mary Poppins shows Deadpool his evil ways and makes him behave.
eh he's still beast (no offense to the nanny of the century)
