I was feeling really self conscious about wearing some of my clothes from Alaska, and the one that is my new friend, was walking past me, and he shouted as loud as he could in a hall full of highschoolers, "SLAY QUEEN, YAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!" Needless to say, I felt great, because all of his other gay friends, did that in the hallways too, and made my day 110% better.

Well, if you think it's beautiful, it doesn't matter what they say. You aren't them, so why should you have to change yourself to fit their sense of style?

You should do what makes you happy, whether they like it or not. Beauty is subjective, no matter how incredible you look, someone out there is going to think you're weird. The opinion that matters most is yours, so if you like a certain style, you go and you absolutely rock it.
