A hundred push-ups, 100 tricep dips, a hundred sit-ups, a hundred squats, a hundred jumping jacks and 1000 punches and kicks.
Dang Shuri………… You have more motivation than I do… But I got you beat on the squats….. I do at least 400 during one softball practice…. But, if you want more of a challenge than the one you got, add burpees. That'll work ya even more. :-)
Tomorrow I'm doing a hundred of those.
Gah, I can't even do 5 push ups without somehow breaking all of my limbs and having to lie on the ground for an hour panting and sweating excessively as I realize that was only one-third of the workout… Running fits me way better

You know what I hate??? Diamond pushups. Those are freaking awful.
