So lately I've been staying up way too late for school work, then waking up early to get back at it the next day. It gets to the point where I'm fatigued, barely mobile, and falling asleep during class all the time. I can't think of any way to solve this problem. I think I'll be up until about 3 doing work tonight, so imma hop off of notebook for the night and try to get it done.

Here are some other ways you can improve sleep…
-Take a shower that's comfortable.
-Try mindfulness before bed.
-Use your bed ONLY as a place of sleep. That means no sitting or lounging around on it unless you're going to sleep. All that stuff.
-Try to avoid naps during the day so you sleep better at night.
-Avoid use of screens (unlikely but I'm putting it here just in case) before bed.
-Avoid booze before bed, contrary to popular belief it actually makes sleep worse.
-Here are some foods that help you sleep.

  • Dairy products
  • Cherries
  • Hummus
  • Tea

Just for anyone who wants to know. And for when you get back.

Would your parents or whoever can buy you some, be interested in going to Walmart and getting you some over-the-counter melatonin?
