After Tremor, the worst villain in over twenty years, kidnaps you for leverage against your parents, you find yourself in an odd situation: a fledgling superhero saves you, and enlists themselves as your new protector. Of course, you don't like the idea. You're the child of the most powerful people in the world; why should you have a fledgling super to protect you?

Background: She's the daughter of a wealthy family. When she was younger, her older brother was lost in a snowstorm. When he returned, he had developed ice powers. She had been fooling around with him, trying to get him to speak with her when he shot a blast of ice at her. It struck her eyes. The power from the ice seemed to seep into her, and now she is Ice Blade.
Powers: Skating (Forms ice under her feet and allows her to move quickly from place to place) and Blade Ballet (Summons an unbreakable sword of ice)
Strengths: Immune to water, snow, and the cold.
Weaknesses: Weak to fire, and her vision is slightly impaired by the ice keeping them working.
Other: Her brother's name is Garth Williams, and he is also a part of the Superhero league. More to be revealed later… >:)
