Minus the friend part, but I would find it hilarious if I had a friend who did that.
Idk snorting is considered weird (admittedly, I do it every once in a while but try not to), but I do honk. Which is very ugly and weird.
Literally, when I laugh hard and for real (and when I cough sometimes), it kind of turns into a weird goose honk. I can also do it on command.
I hate it so much. It's just so… ew
I don't think snorting's ugly or something like that. I hear it and I'm just like "okay, they're laughing, whatever". I don't really shame people for how their laugh sounds, not just because mine also is kinda weird(like, I can't even pin it down to one sound), but because it's just flat out wrong. I have snorted once and I didn't really think "ew" as much as I thought "wow, didn't know it did that."
I dunno, actually. Everyone laughs differently.
